Head Teller - Albertson at FourLeaf Federal Credit Union. Salary range : $25.72 - $30.22 per hour.

Collaborate with the supervisory team to set clear objectives for the branch and each employee; monitor progress and track results.Promote a balance between the employee and member experience by engaging with the team to support a positive environment.Inspire others to grow and develop to build bench strength.OperationsManage the day-to-day operations of the teller unit, including cash levels, daily proof, member escalations, and supervisory risk assessment for member transactions.
Ensure tellers can effectively process financial transactions by utilizing FourLeaf systems in accordance with policies and procedures, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, issuing bank checks, money orders, gift cards, processing Speed Deposit and Night Drop transactions, if applicable.Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of operational procedures and policies to assist with complex tasks and situations.Guide tellers to make sound decisions that adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements (e.g., determining holds in line with the funds availability policy).May act in the capacity of a Teller or LMS, when necessary, and serve as the lead supervisor based on branch needs.Employee ExperienceCollaborate with the supervisory team to onboard new employees.
Engage with the team to drive positive employee experiences and transfer learning through development opportunities.Provide coaching and career development conversations with direct reports, including development plans, performance improvement plans, and disciplinary actions as needed.Member ExperienceDevelop tellers to provide exceptional member experiences by cultivating relationships, identifying member needs, and making beneficial recommendations; facilitate warm transfers to branch representatives or business partners as appropriate.
Work with the Teller team to communicate product knowledge and self-service options to members.Contribute to branch traffic flow management, including lobby management and minimizing wait times for platform services, tellers, and drive-up.ComplianceMaintain branch controls, including self-audits, reconciliations, daily proof, daily reports, currency verification, and balancing cash boxes / recyclers, CTRs and SARs.
Adhere to policies, procedures, and banking regulations; identify and manage emerging risks and fraud trends to minimize exposure to members and FourLeaf.Comply with Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, and OFAC requirements.StrategyParticipate in the overall success of the branch, Retail Banking, and organizational goals by meeting or exceeding assigned performance goals and metrics; collaborate to create, implement, and manage strategies.
Qualifications
