Sierra Home Health in Las Cruces is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our compassionate and collaborative home health team. As a valued member of our tight-knit staff, you'll enjoy flexible scheduling, supportive leadership, and a high level of autonomy — all while serving your local community with integrity.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Carry out treatment plans to help patients regain mobility, function, and independence
• Communicate progress and changes in patient condition to the supervising therapist
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safety practices
• Document visits and progress notes accurately and on time
• Participate in care team meetings and interdisciplinary planning
• Uphold infection control and safety standards during all home visits
• Maintain professional, compassionate rapport with patients and families
