Sierra Home Health in Las Cruces is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our compassionate and collaborative home health team. Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver in-home physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Carry out treatment plans to help patients regain mobility, function, and independence
- Communicate progress and changes in patient condition to the supervising therapist
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safety practices
- Document visits and progress notes accurately and on time
- Participate in care team meetings and interdisciplinary planning
- Uphold infection control and safety standards during all home visits
- Maintain professional, compassionate rapport with patients and families
Requirements :
