Job Title : Travel Hospice RN

Hours per Shift : 8 hours

Experience : Previous hospice experience strongly preferred

License : Active nursing license required

Certifications : Relevant certifications preferred

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Passionate about serving patients across a wide rural geography

Description :

Are you a compassionate and experienced hospice nurse looking for a dynamic and meaningful role?

We are seeking a Travel Hospice RN to provide exceptional care across multiple service territories.

This position offers a unique opportunity to support patients and families during critical moments.

Schedule :

A mix of evening and overnight shifts.

No additional on-call / holiday requirements.

One weekend every two months.

Coverage across multiple territories with travel required.

Mileage compensated.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide in-home hospice visits during evening and overnight hours.

Triage patient needs and respond to urgent situations with calm, clinical expertise.

Deliver compassionate care and emotional support to patients and families.

Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
