Experience The EMBREY Way by joining our dynamic Property Management team as an Assistant Community Manager at Keene at The District.

As an Assistant Community Manager , you will assist in resident retention while enhancing the resident experience by applying skillful conflict resolution strategies.

Responsibilities

• Post rent payments daily and manage delinquent accounts.
• Audit lease and resident files.
• Process pre-close and month-end reports.
• Inspect apartments upon move-ins and move-outs.
• Generate new lease and renewal contracts.
• Complete statement of deposits for move-outs.
