Manager of Sales Operations
The Manager of Sales Operations ensures the Group Sales team operates at maximum effectiveness by leading administrative support, enhancing CRM usage and optimization, and maximizing operational efficiency. This role enables sales professionals to focus on client relationships and business growth, while equipping leadership with critical insights for strategic decision-making.
What You'll Accomplish :
- Lead, coach, and support sales coordinators and administrative staff.
- Standardize workflows and service standards to ensure consistent client support.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and CRM adoption across the team.
- Audit workflows and implement automation to improve productivity.
- Develop and maintain SOPs for budget management, lead distribution, account management, reporting, and more.
- Train new hires on systems and processes. Develop ongoing training protocols for existing teams.
- Partner with marketing, finance, and event design to align processes and tools.
- Support goal setting, resource allocation, and deployment decisions.
- Manage special projects to strengthen sales productivity and enhance customer experience.
What We're Looking For :
Three years of management experience in sales operations or a related role is required (5+ years preferred) within hospitality, meetings & events, or a destination marketing organization.High school diploma required.
