WSI is currently seeking a Welder - Maintenance Technician to join our team in Broussard LA.

Summary :

This job description defines the qualifications requirements responsibilities duties and functions of a Fabrication & Maintenance Technician

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains a safety & productive workplace
• Troubleshoots and / or repairs facility operational and portable equipment as defined by the Company
• Completes necessary documentation associated with the equipment maintenance program and fabrication processes
• Control inventory and order shop supplies according to Company procedures
• Prepares material list based on scale drawings for fabrication or construction projects
• Proposes recommendations to improve the equipment maintenance program and fabrication processes
• Fabricates infrastructural equipment to support the Operations Department
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Fabrication & Maintenance Manager
