Summary / Objective

We are looking for a positive highly motivated self-starter! This team oriented individual will be responsible perform building and grounds maintenance in a safe and efficient manner at our numerous locations within the Green Bay area. Consistent hours no travel!

Mainly be responsible for :

• Performing a variety of skilled work in carpentry basic plumbing / electrical welding painting assembly snowplowing and grounds maintenance
• Completing routine maintenance on dock plates overhead doors and roofs as necessary
• Operate powered equipment including high lifts forklifts and tractors
• Day to day general maintenance of all facilities
• Utilizing a maintenance ticket system for maintenance requests
• Performing required inspections as requested
• Troubleshooting and repairing emergency problems when they occur
• Monitoring and responding to sprinkler system calls as needed
• Other duties as assigned
