Key Responsibilities

As a member of the nursing management team, you will be responsible for :

• Operational Orchestration : Masterfully orchestrate daily procedures, ensuring seamless coordination and administrative functioning.
• Team Leadership & Staffing : Cultivate a well-staffed, engaged team, playing a key role in the selection, development, and support of talented staff across departments.
• Quality & Productivity : Champion productivity and cost-effective practices while ensuring quality care and patient satisfaction.
• Compliance & Policy : Uphold all hospital policies and regulatory standards (e.g., Title 22, Nurse Practice Act), while fostering a culture of innovation.
• Issue Resolution : Proactively and comprehensively address all concerns, ranging from QA initiatives to direct patient feedback.
• Resource Management : Maintain optimal inventory levels and procedural supplies.

Work Schedule : A typical work schedule will consist of five 8-hour shifts, functioning administratively and providing staffing support as needed.
