What Youll Do

As our Kitchen Manager youll play a key role in ensuring our kitchen operates efficiently and consistently delivers the high-quality dishes our customers love. Your responsibilities will include :

• Overseeing daily kitchen operations and ensuring all food preparation meets our standards.
• Managing and mentoring kitchen staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Monitoring inventory ordering supplies and minimizing waste to maintain cost efficiency.
• Ensuring all health and safety regulations are met and upheld.
• Collaborating with the team to innovate and improve menu offerings.
