Loan Officer Assistant

A company is looking for a Loan Officer Assistant to support the Loan Officer in the timely closing of loan files.

Key Responsibilities

Request disclosures and open escrow, collect fees, and order preliminary title reports

Collect and review client documentation and submit loan documentation to processing

Order appraisals and gather Loan Agent PTD and PTF conditions

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in the mortgage industry preferred

Knowledge of calculating income

Familiarity with mortgage terminology

Experience with Point software preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
