Job description
A company is looking for a Loan Officer Assistant to support mortgage loan officers in daily operations to enhance loan production.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in reviewing mortgage loan applications and documentation
Manage a pipeline of various loan types and facilitate timely loan closings
Provide clerical support and track outstanding items on loan files
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of mortgage-related experience
Previous sales support experience preferred
Salesforce experience preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
