Personal Training Sales Consultant

Overview

Personal Training Sales Consultant at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe. Reports to : Personal Training Manager. Location : 213 N. Hwy 67, Cedar Hill, TX 78754. This role involves driving fitness programs and assigning personal trainers to clients, while exceeding sales targets and maintaining a positive, motivating environment.

Responsibilities

• Sales Leader : Engage with current or new members daily, lead the CrunchONE kickoff, and pair members with a dedicated trainer and Dotfit programs to support their goals.
• Customer Service Concierge : Address customer questions, assist clients with booking sessions, and update billing information.
• Team Builder : Foster a collaborative environment, promote the value of the assigned trainer as a subject matter expert, and build trust within the team.
