Whelan Financial Client Services Specialist - Investment Advisor – CFP Professional
Description
In short, we are looking for the best! Whelan Financial has worked hard to establish a warm, client-centered culture, with a reputation for providing unprecedented service. This is a fast-paced firm! We need people who aren't afraid of a challenge and are seeking a career as opposed to a job. As such, we must obtain and retain elite talent—those who have integrity, intelligence, and energy!
Our most successful team members go beyond the task at hand, they care deeply for both the client's well-being and the betterment of the company. This is demonstrated by one's ability to connect the "something" they're doing to the "someone" they're helping, all while improving upon services to clients and streamlining processes. We value the right internal make-up over a specific set of skills.
We care about our employees, their growth, their ideas, and overall well-being. In addition to a competitive benefits package, we have regular check-ins about career growth trajectories, and seek to stay ahead of our team and their needs.
If you are excited by the prospect of joining our team, we invite you to submit your resumé. Additionally, we'd like you to skip the cover letter and instead write 3-5 sentences on why you should be considered! Note, those who do not respond with a statement will not be considered.
