Job Title : Litigation Paralegal

Location : Anderson, SC (On-site only – no remote option)

Salary : $45,000–$60,000 + Bonus Potential

Key Responsibilities :

• Draft pleadings, discovery, and legal correspondence
• Research statutes, case law, and other legal resources
• Prepare and organize case files and trial materials
• Review and analyze reports, discovery responses, and medical records
• Coordinate with clients, attorneys, claims representatives, and other involved parties
• Prepare for and attend depositions, organize exhibits, and file court documents
• Support attorney in all stages of litigation from intake to trial
