Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategic direction, development, and continuous improvement of the AI / ML platform

Optimize efficiency and resilience of various stages of the ML workflow

Mentor a team of 20+ engineers and collaborate with internal teams to meet their needs

Required Qualifications

12+ years of experience in AI / ML infrastructure with a track record in large-scale projects

6+ years of experience in leading technical teams

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Deep understanding of AI / ML lifecycle management and high-performance computing

Strong leadership skills with experience in managing multi-functional teams
