A company is looking for a VP, TPA National Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Drive national revenue growth by managing and closing sales with self-funded employer prospects and broker / consultant advisors
Execute strategic planning to maximize revenue and identify customer targets
Build and cultivate strategic partnerships with business partners, brokers, and consultants
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
15 years of experience in employee benefit commercial sales and design
Expertise in Employer, Private Equity, Public Sector, Labor & Trust, or Tribal membership markets
Demonstrable success in consultative sales / business development roles selling complex healthcare services
Deep knowledge of employee benefits and self-funded employer groups
