As the Rehab Services Manager, you will join a dynamic and growing team of 10 at our subacute and transitions care center. You will oversee operations, assess the care of patients, and assist in staff development and budget support - ensuring an optimum level of care and service. This means working with a large scope of practice while also being part of a team that values collaboration.
