Join us on this fulfilling journey where your skills, compassion, and dedication can significantly impact the lives of those we serve.\n\nDepartment / Unit Summary\n\nJoin our team in a 30-bed Medical-Surgical unit, where you will deliver compassionate care alongside a committed group of Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). With a 1 : 6 nurse-to-patient ratio, your role will be crucial in assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and ensuring patient comfort and safety. • Basic Life Support certification is mandatory within 30 days of hire.\n
• ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire.\n
• Preferred : One year of experience.\n
