About Crown & Raine

Crown & Raine is Pittsburghs premier luxury headspa and blow dry bar where beauty, wellness, and sophistication meet. Our mission is to deliver an unforgettable guest experience through relaxation, precision, and care. Were expanding our team and looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Salon Assistant to help us create the smooth, elevated atmosphere our guests love.

Compensation : $15 - $20 hourly

Responsibilities :

What Were Looking For

  • Friendly, professional, and eager to learn.
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness you take pride in creating a beautiful space.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
  • Experience in a salon or spa setting is preferred but not required.
  • Interest in beauty, wellness, and the guest experience.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in hospitality, salon, spa, or luxury service setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude, polished appearance, and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Passion for beauty, wellness, and providing elevated customer experiences.
