Senior Tax Manager – Houston | $170k–$190k + bonus | Hybrid

Base pay range : $170,000.00 / yr - $190,000.00 / yr

Minimum 7 years’ experience in Public Accounting required + CPA.

Day-to-day you’ll :

• Lead and review complex tax engagements for high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, and S‑corps.
• Mentor and coach senior and junior staff, providing guidance on technical issues and professional development.
• Manage client communications and ensure timely, accurate deliverables.
• Contribute to process improvements and workflow enhancements firm‑wide.
• Balance tax and accounting work to keep your role varied and engaging.
