Travel Nurse RN - Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma - $2,256 per week in Apache Junction, AZ

Job Title : Registered Nurse Profession : Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty : Emergency Room (ER) Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 11 : 00 AM - 11 : 30 PM Hours per Shift : 12 Experience : 24 months minimum of current Emergency Room experience License : Active Arizona license Certifications : ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), TNCC, BLS (AHA) Must-Have : No License Hits Description : Candidates with an Arizona home address on their driver's license will not be considered. Please include a copy of the driver's license in submission. A specific cover page must be completed. All locations of interest should be listed in the submission. Include any experienced departments candidates are willing to accept or work in. Please list all RTO (Requested Time Off) on the cover page, with a maximum of 7 days. RTO will not be approved in the first week of the assignment or during holidays. All shifts open to working must be listed in the submission. All departments the candidate is open to working in must be checked on the cover page. Candidates submitted should be preclosed and ready to accept. Please notify if the candidate withdraws or is no longer available. Flu vaccination status must be added to the submission notes. Declinations for flu vaccination can be applied for. Specific background requirements must be adhered to and attested to. Travel experience is preferred. A resume with all facilities, facility size, beds, trauma level, and units listed is required. A skills checklist specific to the discipline, less than a year old, is also required. Active license verification must be less than 30 days old. Certifications must be active at the time of submission.
