Job Summary
We are currently hiring a Director of Implementation and Design for our Cost per Unit Team , and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. The primary purpose of this position is to be responsible for the overall direction, implementation, and maintenance of the industrial, process, product, and quality assurance engineering functions. It is accountable for the attainment of all goals and objectives as set forth in the general operating plan pertaining to the overall engineering function relative to revenue generation, program pricing, total cost control and reduction, and operational control and analysis protocols. In addition to functional responsibilities, it shares accountability for the overall direction and total results achieved by the assigned client business unit with the respective unit managers.
Essential Duties
Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these :
- Complete assessments of potential CPU solutions prospects. Implement new CPU customers as well as identifying and implementing process improvements for existing customers.
- Support the attainment of daily / weekly / monthly production volume schedules.
- Support the development and maintenance with client company's departments to develop effective cross-functional relationships.
- Facilitate introduction of new systems, processes, protocols, as well as initiating and implementing improvements to existing products and processes.
- Support general operating plan revenue generation initiatives and support weekly progress review meetings with the internal Staffmark Group team as well as client company management.
- Support all current and future business growth initiatives as required to fully meet the needs of sales / marketing partners and assure accurate and timely structuring of CPU assessment development.
- Support sales / marketing partners in the presentation of all CPU / assessment program initiatives with the prospective client organization.
- Support continuous improvement in off standard labor costs, facilitate the introduction of new technology, methodologies, and systems and assure protection of proprietary technologies, systems, and methodologies.
- Development and implementation production CPU performance-monitoring systems relative to critical success factors.
- Support and facilitate the development and implementation of systems to achieve product and service quality excellence that meets or exceeds all customer requirements, utilizing and deploying cost-effective six sigma methodologies, techniques, and protocols.
- Support consistent implementation and maintenance of all OSHA / EPA / FDA / CLIENT COMPANY safety, ergonomic, and risk management regulations, policies, guidelines, and initiatives as they specifically relate to safe and effective total operations.

Proven, strong organizational skills and can effectively prioritize in a multi-task environment and work under pressure. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (industrial or related preferred) or a Bachelor of Science in a related field with
3-5 years of experience managing site operations.
