Job descriptionBase Salary : $225,000 - $250,000 / year Production and Quality Bonuses - $25K annually = $275,000 / year Sign On Bonus Relocation assistance Comprehensive benefits package - health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, disability, and more 401K and Retirement benefits CME time off Federal and State Loan repayment Opportunity for professional collaboration Location : Phoenix, AZ Family Medicine Physician Outpatient M-F Schedule - 8am -5pm Primary Care Wonderful support team The Physician provides medical oversight, expertise, and leadership to ensure the delivery of the highest quality affordable care to their community Opportunities for exceptional growth and development The Physician will work collaboratively with all physicians and staff members Provide patient-centered, comprehensive primary care services consistent with a value-based care model. Conduct regular health assessments, diagnose and treat common illnesses, and manage chronic conditions. Actively participate in practice quality improvement programs and evaluate practice performance metrics. Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician Able to acquire Arizona State Medical License Desire to work in the clinic / primary care setting
