Operations Clerk

WHAT YOU’LL DO :

Control, inspect, and track inbound / outbound traffic

Coordinate dock flow for all outbound loads

Investigate product shortages as necessary

Ensure accuracy of supplier documentation

Manage printing and distribution of shipping / receiving documentation

Verify load and temperature settings for outgoing shipments

YOU MUST HAVE :

High School Diploma or General Equivalency Degree

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Ability to work independently and as a team

Strong multi-tasking capability

YOU MAY ALSO HAVE : Bachelor’s Degree

Experience with warehouse computer systems

Ability to accept changing work demands

Previous leadership experience

• Schedules available :

Wednesday 11 pm – 5 : 15 am, Thursday – Saturday 5 pm – 5 : 15am
