Job description

A company is looking for an Area Field Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate and implement strategic plans across all sales divisions while driving accountability within the team

Collaborate with District Managers to enhance market share and provide insights to corporate teams based on field observations

Coach District and Store Managers on sales proficiency and analyze market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related discipline

5-7 years of relevant experience

5-7 years of experience in retail sales and customer relations
