Job description

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse - Clinical Documentation Improvement Educator.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, develop, and implement clinical documentation education programs for CDI specialists and providers

Monitor and provide feedback to the CDI team to ensure compliance and effective practices

Conduct educational sessions and collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance documentation quality

Required Qualifications

Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (Required)

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred)

Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience (Required)

Licensed Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania (Required)

Certification as a Clinical Documentation Improvement Practitioner and Certified Coding Specialist within 6 months (Required)
