Part Time : SHIFT / SCHEDULE : 0500-1000 5x5hr 25hr / wk - no weekends

PLEASE NOTE : ORIENTATION WEEK WILL DIFFER FROM THE NORMAL SHIFT / SCHEDULE AS POSTED IN JOB DESCRIPTION. MUST BE FLEXIBLE.

• Must be able to provide a physical copy of HS Diploma or GED or Higher Education, if requested

POSITION SUMMARY

Enables patients to secure access to care at PIH Health facilities by performing all tasks related to registration and pre-registration of outpatient and inpatient accounts. Calculates and secures patient liability, including

copayments, coinsurance and deductibles in an efficient, accurate and hospitable manner to ensure that the patient, physician and hospital's needs are met.

RTO (requested time off) must be on the submittal

No RTO the first two weeks of an assignment

Please Note : Once RTO is submitted, this cannot be changed unless it's to cancel time requested - ensure that you have confirmed all dates needed off for the entire length of contract.
