Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant position is available supporting K-12 students with a caseload spread across multiple school sites. This role offers the opportunity to work onsite and make a meaningful impact on students' communication development in a varied educational environment.

  • Duration :

    • Current school year contract through May 28, 2026
    • Hours :

    • Full-time, 35 hours per week
    • Key Responsibilities :

    • Provide speech-language support to students in grades K-12
    • Serve an itinerant caseload across multiple school locations including Spring Valley School, Bangor Elementary, and Berry Creek Elementary
    • Collaborate with speech-language pathologists and school staff to implement therapy plans
    • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports for student cases
    • Adapt interventions to meet the diverse needs of students
    • Manage travel between assigned schools as needed
    • Qualifications :

    • Valid California Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license required
    • Experience working in a K-12 school setting preferred
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations effectively
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Reliable transportation for travel between schools
