About the Role
As an Outpatient Therapist, you’ll work directly with individuals, couples, families, and groups to support emotional healing, build resilience, and empower each person to thrive in their daily life. You'll provide clinical therapy tailored to each client’s unique needs—whether in a cozy office setting or through community-based sessions.

Responsibilities :
Create individualized treatment plans that include goals and objectives for each patientAid with crisis intervention for patients when they are in a state of distressReassess patient situations and provide appropriate follow-up care based on their current needsOffer community resources or specialists to patients and family members who are experiencing difficultiesDetermine the status of patients mental health by using medical information, interviews, observation, and testing, as well as collaboration with other staff membersDeliver person-centered, trauma-informed, recovery-focused therapy to individuals, couples, and familiesConduct ongoing assessments and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and needsCollaborate with other providers, schools, legal systems, and family members to support coordinated careFacilitate a variety of sessions, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy, using evidence-based practicesMaintain timely, compliant documentation (within 24 hours) for all sessions and servicesAttend monthly staff meetings, supervision, and participate in quality improvement efforts (e.g., peer reviews, audits)Stay up to date with all required state, federal, and agency trainingsSubmit accurate billing and treatment authorizationsOffer evening or weekend availability (e.g., one evening until 7 : 00 PM or one weekend day)Qualifications :
Master’s degree in a mental health field (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Psychology)Licensure in Pennsylvania preferred (LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD)2+ years’ experience in mental health / clinical settings (post-master’s preferred)Knowledge of DSM-5-TR and ICD-11Comfortable with electronic documentation and basic tech platforms (Windows, MS Office, iOS)Valid clearances : PA Child Abuse, Criminal Background, FBIMalpractice insurance and Workers’ Comp policy (required for subcontractors)About Company
