Responsibilities

  • Assist the management team in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.
  • Includes, but it not limited to : cleaning equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms, restrooms, HVAC / exhaust units, and roof of debris, taking out trash, emptying trash compactor, changing light bulbs, filtering oil fryers daily, and maintaining outside grounds.
  • Ensure a memorable visit for our guests by maintaining the upkeep of customer and employee-accessible areas.
  • Provide the supply by unloading incoming deliveries two times a week and helping to replenish necessary stock.
  • Be in the know by conducting routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment and building systems.
  • Lead the experience by ensuring the maintenance meets and exceeds food safety and storage standards of excellence.
