Job description

Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Groveton, Texas.

Job Description & Requirements

  • Specialty : Physical Therapist
  • Discipline : Therapy
  • Duration : 13 weeks
  • 40 hours per week
  • Shift : 8 hours, days
  • Employment Type : Travel

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assess, diagnose, and identify deficits in patient mobility and functional activities
  • Develop individualized treatment plans with patient-centered goals
  • Conduct ongoing reassessments and manage discharge planning from the first visit
  • Supervise and delegate to ancillary staff and students
  • Complete accurate documentation according to department, accreditation, and insurance standards
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers using AIDET principles
  • Participate in professional development, quality improvement, and safety initiatives
  • Function within scope of practice as defined by Texas PT practice act

    • Requirements :

    Minimum 2 years PT experience

    State license : Texas
