Position : RN-PCU-Progressive Care Unit (Travel / Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-PCU-Progressive Care Unit for a 13-week contract in Aurora, Colorado — earn up to ($1670 - $1757 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in the Progressive Care Unit.
Monitor and assess patient conditions regularly to ensure optimal outcomes.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop patient care plans.
Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities.
Assist in achieving departmental targets and contribute to team success.
Educate patients and families on health management and recovery processes.
Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately and timely.
Utilize data and metrics to evaluate and improve patient care practices.
Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures at all times.
Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions to enhance skills.
Support new initiatives aimed at improving patient care and operational efficiency.
Maintain a high level of visibility in work activities and results.
Experience / Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado with PCU experience.
Commitment to continuous professional development and training.
Strong ability to monitor and assess patient conditions effectively.
Ability to educate patients and families on health management.
Understanding of safety protocols and infection control measures.
Experience in developing and implementing patient care plans collaboratively.
Proficiency in documenting patient care accurately and on time.
Strong team player with accountability for personal performance.
Experience with data analysis to improve patient care practices.
Eager to engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
