Inova Cares for Behavioral Health is looking for a dedicated Behavioral Health Therapist II to join the team. This role directly supports our commitment to advancing equity in mental health care by serving communities with limited access to insurance or consistent care. You will play a critical role in fostering a therapeutic environment grounded in clinical excellence, cultural humility, and community-centered care-supporting individuals across a range of mental health diagnoses, ages, and lived experiences. This role will be full-time, day shift, from Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. - 4 : 30 p.m.

This position is located in Fairfax, VA
