Our Refining operations encompass global refining, marketing, and transportation of petroleum products and related specialty businesses. Through its Refining business segment, Phillips 66 upgrades crude oil and other feedstocks into higher-value petroleum products including clean-burning gasoline, ultra-low-sulfur diesel, jet fuel, lubricants, petroleum coke, and other specialty products, all while maintaining a high regard for safety and environmental standards.

As a Phillips 66 Refining Engineering University New Hire , you will participate in training and development programs that provide a comprehensive roadmap for early career engineers at Phillips 66. The Lake Charles Refinery is located in Westlake, Louisiana. It includes crude distillation, naphtha reforming, fluid catalytic cracking, alkylation, hydrocracking, hydrodesulfurization, and delayed coking units, along with a specialty coker and calciner. The refinery processes a variety of crude oils and supplies transportation fuels, off-road diesel, home heating oil, and other products distributed throughout the southeastern and eastern U.S. and exported internationally.
