Job Description

Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment. Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documents to determine scope and requirements. Collaborate with project managers and clients to align budgets and expectations. Research and maintain updated knowledge of market trends and material costs. Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing. Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and presentations. Track project changes and update cost projections accordingly. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Junior Estimator should have :

• Exposure to commercial, industrial, or tilt-up construction projects is ideal.
• 1-3 years of estimating or related construction experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in estimating software.
• Close proximity to Corona.
