• Qualifications :
• Valid Virginia bar license.
• Ability to manage numerous complex legal matters simultaneously.
• Proficiency in conducting comprehensive research, resolving legal matters, drafting correspondence, and adhering to deadlines.
• Exceptional customer service abilities, with prompt responses to all inquiries.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a track record of meeting deadlines consistently.
• Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis to support case strategies.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their concerns and keeping them informed throughout the legal process.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court as necessary, demonstrating strong advocacy skills.
• Maintain accurate records and manage case files in a law office environment.
