PortaPro is modern field service software built for the portable restroom and site services industry. We’re always interested in connecting with independent sales professionals — SDRs and AEs — who are hungry to hunt, generate pipeline, and close new business. This is a 1099 contract opportunity for driven individuals who want to help bring a game-changing platform to a traditionally underserved industry.
Tasks
As a 1099 SDR / AE contractor, you may be responsible for :
- Prospecting and identifying potential customers through outbound calling, emailing, LinkedIn, industry events, and partnerships.
- Generating qualified leads and booking demos for the founder or sales team — or running full-cycle demos and closing deals (depending on experience).
- Understanding customer pain points and communicating how PortaPro solves operational inefficiencies, paperwork issues, and routing challenges.
- Managing and updating CRM activity, tracking conversations, pipeline stages, and follow-ups.
- Providing feedback from prospects to improve messaging, product features, and sales process.
- Representing PortaPro professionally and acting as a trusted advisor to customers.

Previous experience in sales — preferably SaaS, field service software, logistics technology, or related industries.Strong outbound prospecting skills — cold calling, emailing, and pipeline generation.Confident demoing software or willing to learn full-cycle sales (SDR or AE depending on skill level).Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable working as a 1099 contractor with commission-based or hybrid compensation.Excellent communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.Bonus : Experience selling to small businesses, contractors, or blue-collar service industries.Benefits
