Industrial Maintenance Technician

Location : Omaha, NE

Pay : $25–$30 / hr + $3 / hr weekend shift differential

Shift : Friday–Sunday, 5 : 00 AM–5 : 30 PM

Overtime : Available

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Omaha, NE. This role is critical to ensuring the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of our production and assembly equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to maintenance and repair.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production line equipment.
• Set up, change over, and troubleshoot machinery with minimal downtime.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, including lock-out / tag-out.
• Keep maintenance areas and equipment cabinets clean and organized.
• Communicate effectively with production and maintenance teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
