Commercial Construction Superintendent

Manage daily on-site construction operations to ensure project milestones are met. Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain smooth workflows. Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site. Inspect completed work to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications. Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays. Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, logs, and reports. Communicate project progress and challenges to stakeholders effectively. Supervise and mentor on-site construction teams to promote productivity and teamwork.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have :

• Experience managing on-site construction activities within the building and construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, safety standards, and building codes.
• Experience working in the Philadelphia market
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to guide teams effectively.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• A track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
• The ability to solve problems quickly and maintain attention to detail.
