Accounting Operations Specialist

Carolina PRG is partnering with a Charlotte-based company to recruit an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Operations Specialist. This role blends administrative support with accounting oversight, ensuring smooth day-to-day office functions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage overall office logistics and day-to-day operations.
• Maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, providing support and ensuring a professional experience.
• Oversee inventory of office materials and supplies, ensuring timely restocking and cost-effective procurement.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance office operations and team efficiency.
• Process and track vendor invoices, employee expense reports, and reimbursements.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and periodic financial reporting.
• Support budget tracking, departmental expense monitoring, and basic bookkeeping.
• Run internal reports and assist teams with financial documentation as needed.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures for financial transactions.
