Non-QM Underwriter

A company is looking for a Non-QM Underwriter to support Wholesale Operations in the policy and standards.

Key Responsibilities

Underwrite complex Non-QM loans to multiple investor guidelines

Communicate regularly with Processors and Loan Officers regarding loan status

Assist with training needs of other mortgage positions and perform ad hoc reporting

Required Qualifications

Minimum of five (5) years of manual underwriting experience

Experience working with Non-QM loans for the last 12-24 months

Demonstrated knowledge of DU and LP input

Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Ability to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment
