PALS is seeking an Abatement Estimator / Project Manager to join their team and play a key role in delivering some of California's most complex environmental and abatement projects. This is a hybrid role with long-term growth potential, offering the opportunity to own work from estimating through project closeout while partnering with an experienced, high-integrity team. The ideal candidate brings both precision in estimating and confidence in project execution, thriving in an environment that values accountability, client relationships, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate takeoffs, cost estimates, and competitive bids for abatement projects
• Lead projects from contract review through final closeout, ensuring safety, compliance, and profitability
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting repeat business opportunities
• Mentor and support project teams to ensure operational excellence
