PALS is seeking an Abatement Estimator / Project Manager to join their team and play a key role in delivering some of California's most complex environmental and abatement projects. This is a hybrid role with long-term growth potential, offering the opportunity to own work from estimating through project closeout while partnering with an experienced, high-integrity team. The ideal candidate brings both precision in estimating and confidence in project execution, thriving in an environment that values accountability, client relationships, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate takeoffs, cost estimates, and competitive bids for abatement projects
- Lead projects from contract review through final closeout, ensuring safety, compliance, and profitability
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting repeat business opportunities
- Mentor and support project teams to ensure operational excellence
Qualifications
3–5+ years of asbestos / lead abatement estimating and / or project management experienceStrong technical ability in takeoffs, cost estimating, and project controlsKnowledge of abatement processes, union labor requirements, and regulatory complianceProficiency with Excel and estimating / project management software (WinBid, FieldFlo, or similar a plus)Proven ability to communicate effectively and build trust with clients and teamsCompensation & Benefits
$160,000 – $180,000 base salary DOEAnnual bonus tied to company success and individual performance goalsHealth, PTO, and retirement plan optionsCareer growth with succession potential in estimating and project managementLocation : Based in Roseville or Stockton , with site travel across the Northern and Central Valley.
