Position Overview

This is a full-time position located in Oklahoma City, OK.

The Contract Management & Business Operations Specialist will be assigned professional-level work in the Business Operations Contract Division that supports business models, vendor contract management, suggesting process improvements, and expanding on service contracts Key Performance Indicators (KPI) monitoring, tracking, and reviewing operations.

Compensation

This rate for this position is $31.54, annualized at $65,600.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Examines KPI and invoice discrepancies to assess vendor performance.
• Assist in the implementation of operational strategies and procedures to ensure efficient business processes.
• Analyzes datasets via reports, dashboards, and image reviews to assess vendor performance and pinpoint potential issues.
• Develops and reviews business requirements for reports and software to support contract functions.
• Conducts quality assurance reviews for vendor performance.
• Collaborates with other divisions to produce favorable business outcomes.
• Enhances reports & dashboards and seeks automation.
• Monitors various key performance indicators used to assess and manage operations.
• Schedules and sets up contract meetings.
• Provides direct support for procurement activities, including contractor invoice handling and review.
• Monitors reports and dashboards for potential issues related to vendor performance.
• Support the management team in daily operational activities, including customer service, data analysis, and project management.
• Tracks contract status, tasks, deadlines, projects, and reports status weekly.
• All other duties as assigned.
