Strategic Consultant for Global Health

A company is looking for a Strategic Consultant, Global Health.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic insight into organizational priorities and decision-making within the Bureau of Global Health Security and Diplomacy

Advise leadership on client engagement strategies specific to global health security and diplomacy

Identify and facilitate introductions with relevant stakeholders throughout the capture and bid process

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience with the Department of State or USAID, particularly with the Bureau of Global Health Security and Diplomacy

Demonstrated track record of engagement with senior-level GHSD personnel and contract leadership

Existing relationships within the GHSD bureau or with current contract implementers in global health

Exceptional understanding of federal global health contracting environments

Prior experience advising capture or proposal teams targeting State Department contracts is strongly preferred
