Department / Unit Summary

Join our dynamic post-surgical department at NAMC! Our 32-bed unit operates with a 5 : 1 patient-to-nurse ratio, providing care for post-surgical patients within the first two days after surgery. You'll encounter a diverse range of surgical cases, making every day unique and rewarding.

What You Will Do

As an RN, you will be responsible for providing immediate post-op recovery care for perioperative patients in the PACU. This involves utilizing the nursing process, which includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care tailored to each individual patient.
