Job descriptionDefine strategic objectives and implement improvements to systems and processes that support overall revenue cycle goals, profitability, and cash flow Lead, mentor, and develop the revenue cycle team Prepare and manage staffing and operations budget projections for the revenue cycle department Must have a Bachelor's degree or higher Certified Revenue Cycle Executive certification (CRCE) is a bonus Must have previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting Must have 5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas : change management, project management, and people management Located near the Canadian border, this town offers easy access to the Glacier National Park, Bob Marshal Wilderness, the Swift Dam, and more Strong sense of community where neighbors know neighbors, and people watch out for each other The surrounding wilderness is rich in wildlife, including diverse bird species, deer, antelope, elk, and more, offering an opportunity to appreciate the beauty of wildlife in their natural habitat
