The U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Foundation (USOPF) is the nonprofit arm of the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee (USOPC), dedicated to generating philanthropic support for Team USA athletes. Every dollar raised goes directly to empowering athletes’ competitive excellence and well-being, fueling their journeys to the podium and beyond. As a 501(c)(3) public charity, the USOPF plays a pivotal role in sustaining the Olympic and Paralympic movements in the United States.

Here’s how you’ll have an impact :

The Director of Gift Administration and Support Services serves as a strategic leader responsible for ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and donor satisfaction across all gift administration and support functions. The role champions operational best practices and high-quality service standards, cultivating an outstanding donor experience through oversight of the internal team and external vendor relationships. The Director collaborates with internal stakeholders to resolve gift commitment issues and ensure accurate, proper documentation is executed and recorded.

Gift Commitment Oversight (30%)

• Review donor Gift Commitment (GC) documentation for accuracy and completeness; engage USOPC colleagues as needed to address issues or gaps in information; provide approved GC to Manager for gift entry and reporting
• Review and approve GC gift entry by Manager
• Liaise with Legal on regular review and update of Gift Commitment templates, tax receipts or other documentation
