Position Summary

We're looking for an Assistant Project Manager who is eager to learn, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to work on high-quality, design-driven projects. This role will support the Project Manager and Superintendent in coordinating all phases of construction, from preconstruction planning through closeout. You'll be involved in real-time problem-solving, client communication, and subcontractor coordination, gaining hands-on experience in every aspect of the build.

What You'll Do

• Assist in developing and maintaining project budgets and schedules
• Help prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and track action items
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, and subcontractors
• Review drawings for accuracy and help resolve constructability issues
• Support subcontractor procurement and performance tracking
• Monitor progress in the field and help keep projects on schedule
• Maintain organized project documentation from start to finish
