Modus Construction is a boutique commercial construction management firm in Oklahoma City, founded in 2016 by architect-turned-builder Drew Upchurch. We take on a select number of projects each year—ranging from $200,000 renovations to $8 million landmark builds—so we can focus on doing them exceptionally well. Position Summary
We're looking for an Assistant Project Manager who is eager to learn, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to work on high-quality, design-driven projects. This role will support the Project Manager and Superintendent in coordinating all phases of construction, from preconstruction planning through closeout. You'll be involved in real-time problem-solving, client communication, and subcontractor coordination, gaining hands-on experience in every aspect of the build.
