Delivery Driver

Bright Flag Recruiting on behalf of Markline Inc., a local FedEx Ground contractor, has IMMEDIATE OPENINGS for full-time delivery drivers in Magna, UT.

Our delivery drivers provide service to both local residents and businesses, operating out of the FedEx terminal at 2490 S 7600 West, Magna, UT 84044.

Pay & Compensation

Training Pay : $200 / day

Post-Training Pay : $200–$275 / day (based on performance and safety)

Weekly Average : ~$900 / week

Payroll : Weekly

Schedule & Routes

Start Time : 8 : 00 AM until route completion

Work Days : 5–6 days per week (set schedules, typically Wednesday–Sunday or Wednesday–Saturday)

Stops : 100–250 per day

Responsibilities

Arrive on time to pick up packages and company vehicle

Conduct pre / post-trip inspections

Safely operate delivery vehicle on assigned routes

Load, scan, and deliver packages accurately

Handle packages up to 150 lbs. safely

Provide professional, courteous customer service

Requirements

Must be 21 years or older

Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Report

Ability to pass a background check, drug test, and DOT physical (paid by employer)

Able to lift, carry, and move packages up to 150 lbs

Must work in all weather conditions

No CDL required – company vehicle provided

Prior delivery experience is helpful but not required
