Vice President, Public Relations

About the Role

The Vice President of Public Relations, Brand Marketing, Licensing & Collaborations will lead the strategic vision and execution of public relations and brand marketing initiatives across Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Kids, Pottery Barn Teen, and Dormify.

What you’ll do

• Lead and manage public relations and brand marketing efforts across the Pottery Barn Kids, Pottery Barn Teen, and Pottery Barn brands, ensuring cohesive and impactful messaging to grow our brand media impressions and brand awareness / reach.
• Develop and execute strategic collaboration and licensing partnerships, negotiating deals and maintaining strong relationships with key external partners to drive business growth.
• Oversee a team of eight professionals, including three direct reports (one director and two managers), providing leadership, mentorship, and performance management to achieve departmental goals.
• Collaborate closely with the design team and other cross-functional partners to identify new partnership opportunities, align on brand vision, and co-create compelling marketing initiatives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, managing communications, resolving issues, and ensuring successful partnership execution and satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform PR and marketing strategies, continuously enhancing brand positioning and visibility in the marketplace.

The expected starting pay range for this position is $250,000 – $280,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job‑related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
