In response to the growing mental health needs of young people, ESS has expanded its offerings to include a full continuum of clinical programming, professional development, and consultative services for districts.

About the Role

ESS is seeking a Float Clinician to provide mental-health services to students in partner school districts. The Clinician will have a designated home school near their residence and will travel to surrounding districts to provide coverage when primary clinicians are unavailable.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Deliver clinical interventions that support emotional and academic stability.
• Engage families through programming and parent support groups.
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with school and ESS teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold professional standards.
